Место расположение - близко к главной улице. Если идти вверх в горку - то в 15ти минутах можно прийти на лыжню. Собственное кафе. Большая комната приема пищи с общим холодильником. Быстрое заселение.

Disadvantages:

Поставить электрическую печку в комнате приема пищи. Чайник только общий - ну можно спуститься и сделать чай/кофе.
