Advantages:

Очень тепло. Кухня оборудована всем необходимым. Чистое белоснежное белье и полотенца.

Disadvantages:

На втором этаже в ванной комнате постоянно пахнет канализацией. На первом этаже в душевой кабине скапливается вода, забито канализационное отверстие. При пользовании душем по щиколотку стоишь в воде. В шкафах не хватает тремпелей для одежды. На втором этаже отсутствуют тумбы и шкафы для хранения одежды.
