Advantages:

Удобное расположение и отличный соседний ресторан.

Disadvantages:

Отсутствие сушки комнаты для лыжи и ботинок, плита и оборудование не достаточно для 11 гостей, перекрытия м/у этажами явно не хватает шумоизоляции, проживание не для 11 человек) максимум 6- 7 для комфорта. Протечка воды со второго этажа, устранили только ч/з несколько дней.
