На огромной территории базы отдыха, расположены 6 гостевых домиков на сваях со встроенными кухнями внутри и мангалом снаружи возле входа. Гостевые дома оформлены в потрясающем лофт стиле и рассчитаны на проживание четырёх человек. Здесь можно провести мероприятия в большой беседке, рассчитанной на 40 человек. В ней есть караоке, телевизор, мангал.
