На каждом этаже отдельно изолированная спальня с двуспальной кроватью, ванная комната с душевой кабиной и гостиная с раскладным диваном, с мини-кухней (холодильник, микроволновая печь, индукционная печь, чайник, посуда и кухонные приборы). Вход на второй этаж с террасы коттеджа.
В коттедже есть Wi-Fi, ТВ.
Территория (20 сот.) огорожена, предусмотрена парковка для автомобилей. На территории имеются беседки с мангалами (с шампурами и решеткой для жарки), детская площадка, качели для всех возрастов и уютная костровая зона.
