Домик находится в сосновом лесу, вокруг - горы. Тихое, очень красивое место, пение птиц, белки. Нет шума машин и пыли, есть мангальная зона. Здесь не бывает ветра, летом - грибы, через участок течёт ручей. Прогулки, походы, кататься на квадроциклах, лошадках. Зимой - на лыжах, сноубордах.
