Advantages:

Был забит слив, что сильно усложнило жилье. Устранить проблему сразу не получится, по этому пришлось ходить в соседнее здание. Т.к. это базовое условие комфорта, то можно сказать что уровень быт снижен до хостела. Такой уровень уже не соответствует заявленной цене. Компенсации небыло
